The work consists of seven stations. Each station features a fruit or vegetable in which zinc and copper plates are embedded. Wires connect the plates to a small light box. An electronic push button, also embedded in the fruit or vegetable, activates the light box. The images within the light boxes are in fact photographs of the fruit or vegetable to which they are connected. Contrary to expectation, no further information is revealed by the action of depressing the switch. This work plays with idea of expectation and reward and questions the relation of function to purpose.
